You will have access to the backyard parking area, back porch, and the entire 1st floor apartment. Your private entrance is conveniently located at the back of the house. There are tenants on the 2nd and 3rd floor units of this 3-family house.

If ordering packages for delivery, you can add “Back Porch” in the address to have your packages dropped off at your private entrance in the back.
