If you’re traveling with a large group, note that this home features two separate apartments (each rented out on a short-term basis). Let us know if you’d be interested in both apartments to accommodate your group. We’d be happy to facilitate if our calendar permits!

PARKING: Please arrange parking with us in advance, and only use off-street parking. You may be ticketed for street parking. We have one spot available for guests in the front of the home. We cannot accommodate more than 1 vehicle, and we do not have guest passes available for street parking. Overnight street parking requires an overnight parking permit from the city, which is $5/day.

Please note that, while renovated, this is still an older home (built over 100 years ago). As such, you may notice some imperfections. We like to think of them as added character! :)

Please, no parties. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood of mostly families with young children. Please respect our neighbors.
