You will have access to the driveway (2 assigned parking spots) and the entire 2nd + 3rd floor of this 2 family home (duplex).

Laundry is located on the 3rd floor. The in-unit washer and dryer (2-in-1 combo machine) allows you to do a full cycle of laundry in 2 hours!

You will have access to the private roof deck from the 2nd floor.

The backyard is available for everyone to enjoy.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced.
