» You will have access to the fully-fenced in backyard with fire pit. The backyard is shared with the other residents at this property.

» The laundry is located in the basement and is NOT coin-operated.

» This is a 1st floor apartment of a small multifamily family home. There is an apartment above this unit. There is no apartment below.

» Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced. Please review house rules at the bottom of the page!
