GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the driveway (1 assigned parking spots) and the entire 1st floor unit with a finished basement of this 2-family home (duplex).
Laundry is located in the finished basement and is not shared.
The 2 enclosed office rooms are in the finished basement, as is the bonus kitchenette.
While the backyard is available for everyone to enjoy, we cannot allow dogs in the backyard. The neighborhood is great for walking, and parks are nearby.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a 1st floor + finished basement of a small multifamily family home (duplex). There is 1 separate apartment above.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced. Please review house rules at the bottom of the page!
