  • This is a 2nd-floor apartment in a 3-family house (triplex).
  • You will have the entire 2nd-floor apartment for yourself.
  • There is 1 apartment above you and 1 apartment below you.
  • Stairs: To reach the 2nd floor, there are 5 steps up to the front porch and then 14 stairs inside. 10 steps going down to the basement, where the laundry machines are located.
  • Basement laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) are shared with the 3rd floor tenant only. You’ll always have access to the machines. The basement is well-lit with motion sensor lights and cleaned monthly.
  • Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced.
